Hi-tech Onshore Michigan Employment

Hi-tech Onshore Michigan Employment (H.O.M.E.) is a collaboration partnership formed by Kelly IT Resources, Wayne State University and Oakland Community College to recruit, place and administer information technology student employees in contract worker positions with client companies of Kelly Services.

Student advantages to participating in the H.O.M.E. program include:

  • Gain experience in the information technology field
  • Earn compensation and/or academic credit
  • Establish professional contacts and network with experts in the IT field
  • Progressively grow into more challenging assignments as education and work experience accrue
  • Increase marketability before graduation
  • Refine interpersonal and teamwork skills by meeting, working and socializing with diverse groups
  • Strengthen confidence and self-esteem through “hands-on” training
