DRBC Planning

Our team will work with you to rapidly integrate your BIA and begin designing the formal policies and procedures of your DRBC plan. We will develop IT recovery strategies that meet recovery time and recovery point objectives, document the procedures required to put your plan into action, and develop the manual workaround procedures required in a short-term systems failure. We will also help develop another critical component—a detailed employee communication plan.
